1 On 1 Session That Begins With A Self-Directed Paper Intake And Integrative Wellness Assessment Prior To Appointment (20-30 Minutes Depending On Level Of Sharing). During The Initial Appointment We Will Go Over Topics From The Intake, Develop Goals, And Begin Implementing A Personalized Care Plan. Supportive Follow Up Provided For Three Weeks After Appointment Via E-Mail, Text Or Call.

No one likes to be sick alone and with the total support holistic care package, brought to you, you don’t have to be. Registered nurse and master herbalist, Celia, will check in on you, provide holistic support in your home and make sure you are not alone. It can be hard to prepare nourishing meals and teas when you are under the weather and Celia wants to help set you up for success. 

Not meant to diagnose or treat any illness, in certain situations additional care may be recommended that is out of the scope of MyCeliated Wellness.
